Bacopa Monnieri is a slow growing stem plant that is highly desired for it's unique leaves. Moneywort produces many small spatulate (spoon shaped, with indistinct petioles) leaves that grow compactly to the stem. It is bright green in color and adds an interesting texture to any aquascape.
Despite growing quite slowly, this Bacopa can grow tall and is great for midgrounds and backgrounds. It is very easy to propagate by trimming the stems and planting the cuttings directly into soil.
