- We are a small family run business, keeping our operational cost down to give you great plants at some of the lowest prices on the web.
- 85% of the plants we cultivate are CONVERTED to the aquatic environment. When you buy our plants you can rest assured that the plants won't melt. Just plant them, and they continue growing as healthy aquatic plants. No die-off or diminished growth.
- Our website lists whether a plant is "transitioned" or emersed grown.
- During heatwaves, or cold-snaps, we include insulated box shipping with either heat/ cold packs, for a nominal fee.
- We DON'T use Co2, because if we do, and you don't, your new plants will suffer. If you do use Co2, then our plants will grow that much faster.
- We hand-inspect all of your plants prior to packing your order. This reduces the chance of any hitchhikers. All our growing tanks are natural ecosystems, so we cannot guarantee 100% snail free plants. We consider snails to be a valuable part of our clean-up crew! If you wish to buy sterilized plants, your best bet is to purchase tissue culture plants.
- NEED HELP? Call our office at (631)-740-9118 and speak to a REAL HUMAN Monday-Friday from 10AM to 4PM EST.
- NEED TO REACH THE OWNER? Email him directly, and get a follow up email that same day.
- We NEVER have sales on plants... Why offer lower prices on Monday, only to raise them back up on Wednesday? It's unfair to those that missed the opportunity. In many cases it is not REAL. When prices are manipulated on a day to day, or week to week basis, it becomes less trustworthy, and sometimes a bait-and-switch. We offer very low every-day prices so that our customers benefit the same way, all the time, no games, no promotional enticements. When our customers get excited about receiving quality plants, and low prices, they are very happy. Very happy customers will become repeat customers, and that's what we built our business upon.
