How do I qualify for the 7-Day Thrive policy?

To qualify for a refund using our 7-Day thrive policy you must meet two criteria:

• You've selected Overnight Shipping or Same Day Delivery for your order at checkout.
• You have taken daily photos of your plants' condition for 7 days after receipt, including the day of delivery.
